Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
We do not store the contents of your databases. Database connection credentials are encrypted at rest. Query results are used only to generate responses and are not retained beyond your session.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vendly and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain all rights to data in databases you connect. By using the Service, you grant Vendly a limited, non-exclusive license to access your data solely to provide the Service.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated query results will be accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vendly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice within the Service. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
